The House

Pat 'e Palo is located in the house where the first tavern in the new world existed. The original premises date from 1505.

The Brasserie was inaugurated in December 1998, conserving the original structure of the colonial house, adorned with antiques, maps and pictures of the time, all this together to offer an unique ambiance.
